To answer the question "will this watch face work on my Garmin?", here is a model-by-model chart of every Garmin app I have published.
In short: on AMOLED models such as Venu 2, 3 and 4, Forerunner 165, 265, 570, 965 and 970, fēnix 8 AMOLED and fēnix E, epix (Gen 2) and epix Pro (Gen 2), Instinct 3 AMOLED and vívoactive 5 and 6, every published app works.

What each column means
- Aurum, Empress, Overwatch: Aurum (a gold watch face in the style of a fine dial), Empress (a jewelled chronograph-style face) and Overwatch (a data face that switches between 5 layouts automatically). All three support the same 47 models
- Kichijitsu: a Japanese-style watch face that shows lucky days (38 models)
- Kichijitsu Calendar: a free app that lists the next 180 lucky days (59 models)
- Cairn, Cairn Cycle (free): data fields for hiking and cycling (69 models)
- Cairn Pro, Cairn Cycle Pro: the 12-metric upgrades, a one-time purchase, supporting fewer models than the free editions (63 models)
- Multitime, Multitime Pro: a multi-timer app that runs several timers at once (70 models)
What is the difference between AMOLED and MIP screens?
The four watch faces (Aurum, Empress, Overwatch and Kichijitsu) are designed for AMOLED screens, so they do not support MIP-display models such as the fēnix 6 and 7, Forerunner 255 and 955, or Instinct 2. The Cairn data fields, Multitime and Kichijitsu Calendar, on the other hand, run on some MIP models too. Check your model's row in the chart.

Q. Is there a watch face for the Venu 4?
A. Yes. Aurum, Empress, Overwatch and Kichijitsu all support the Venu 4 (41 and 45 mm). The Cairn data fields and Multitime work on it as well.
Q. What works on the fēnix 7 or Forerunner 955?
A. These models have MIP screens, so the four watch faces do not work on them. Cairn and Cairn Cycle (data fields), Multitime and Kichijitsu Calendar do. Cairn Pro and Cairn Cycle Pro do not support the fēnix 6 or the original enduro.
Q. What works on the fēnix 9?
A. Aurum, Empress and Overwatch (watch faces), the Cairn data fields and Multitime. Kichijitsu and Kichijitsu Calendar do not support the fēnix 9 at the moment.
Q. What if my watch is not in the chart?
A. Open each app's page on the Garmin Connect IQ Store and check the compatible-devices list for the final answer. This chart is based on each app's supported-device settings.
Q. Will more models be supported?
A. I keep adding models as Garmin releases new watches. In October 2026 I expanded Aurum, Empress and Overwatch from 10–13 models each to 47 models.
